At BANDGATE, we are committed to delivering a high-quality AI-powered IELTS preparation experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us before requesting a refund — in many cases, we can resolve your issue directly.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions (Pro and Premium). If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
If you subscribed to BANDGATE Pro or BANDGATE Premium for the first time and are requesting a refund within 7 days of your initial payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
If a verified technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the Service for more than 48 consecutive hours and we were unable to resolve it, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error, you will receive a full refund for the duplicate charge.
For subscription renewals (charges after your first billing cycle), refunds are not automatically granted but may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge if you believe a refund is warranted.
Refund requests made more than 7 days after the initial payment are generally not eligible, as you will have had access to the full Service during that time.
If your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are not provided on the basis of dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, band score estimates, or actual IELTS exam results. BANDGATE is a preparation tool and does not guarantee specific exam outcomes.

We will respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are two separate actions:
If you want both — to stop future charges and get a refund for a recent charge — you must request both explicitly.
The Free (Starter) plan has no associated charges and therefore no refund process applies. You may stop using the Free plan at any time without any financial obligation.
All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised payment processor. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. BANDGATE does not store your payment card details at any time.
