When you use the Speaking Lab feature, your voice is processed using your browser's built-in Web Speech API. In Chrome and Edge, this sends audio to Google's speech recognition servers for transcription. The resulting text transcript is then sent to our AI service for feedback. We do not store audio recordings.

Some data — such as your daily usage quota and study preferences — is stored locally in your browser's localStorage and never transmitted to our servers.
